Speaker 1: Today we're gonna take a look at the Six LED Surface Mount Ultra-Thin Strobe Light, with the clear lens and clear LEDs. Now, this strobe light has an ultra-slim 1/4" profile, which will fit into tight spaces. Common use for this is pick-up trucks, work trucks, or trailers. Has a black base with the clear lens and clear LEDs, and the LEDs make great replacements for incandescent lights 'cause they'll last 50 times longer, and they're more efficient because they'll provide brighter light with less power output. And, of course, no bulbs to replace, no brittle filaments.This light will offer 23 flash patterns, and a simultaneous or alternating function. Does connect with using this blunt, cut wire connection here, the length is about eight inches.

There's three different wires. The black wires for your ground, white is for your power, and then the brown is for synchronization and alternating flash.When I do hook these up at the end of the video, I'm gonna hook these up to power to show you everything, and we're talk about those different wires. This is a surface mount light. It does include this self-adhesive tape and mounting screws for installation, and they do also offer an option 90 degree mounting bracket we sell separately, for more permanent installation.The light is an IPX8 waterproof rating. Again, has six LEDs, the voltage is 12 to 24 volts, amperage is 0.5 amps at 12 volts, and last thing we're going to mention before we hook it up here, so the overall width, edge to edge, 5 1/8" long.

Overall height, bottom to top, is 1 3/16" tall, and the depth we mentioned, is gonna be widest point, right at a 1/4".So we're gonna go ahead and hook these up to the 12 volt power. We'll take our black wire, that's gonna be our ground, and we'll take our white wire, which will be our power, and then the last wire, this brown wire, we're not gonna connect it right now, I'm gonna turn the light on just to show you how bright it is, and the flash pattern. But this brown wire, what I'll do with this is, once the light's on, I'll touch it to the power wire, and that will change the flash pattern, so it will reset the flash pattern. So to get your 23 different patterns, this brown wire you just touch it each time.Basically, once you find your pattern you can hook that up and that will be the pattern you need. Now, if you do use multiple lights like this and you want all of the lights to flash at the same time, or synchronize together, then you'll take this brown wire from each light and connect those all together so they'll synchronize.So what we're gonna do right now is we're gonna turn on the power, got the power on, see it flashing Gonna turn off our overhead lights, and you can see that all six clear LEDs.

And then I'm gonna take that brown wire we had mentioned, I touch it, you can see that it will reset and give you a different flash pattern. Do it again. And one more time. And again, there's 23 different patterns you can choose from.I'll go ahead and turn on our overhead lights, go ahead and turn off our 12 volt power, but that should do it for the review, on the Six LED Surface Mount Ultra-Thin Strobe Light with the clear lens, and the clear LEDs.
